The Senior Director of Client Service Operations will be responsible for leading the teams powering Origami Risk’s Professional Services and Client Success organizations. This position involves driving strategic internal initiatives and overseeing data analysis and governance efforts. The role also includes championing colleague learning and enablement.
Key responsibilities will include analyzing operational data to identify trends, managing executive reporting, and overseeing resource capacity planning. This leader will also manage the design and execution of learning strategies, collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify skill gaps, and measure the effectiveness of learning programs. Additionally, a key part of the role is to acts as a liaison between Client Services and cross-functional teams to align priorities.
The successful candidate will have 10+ years in client services and/or operations leadership, in fast-paced environments. The person must be a strong communicator with executive presence and possess analytical thinking with a strategic mindset.
