Director of Technical Data Implementation

Overview:

• You will serve as a senior technical leader in the Data, Analytics & AI organization, responsible for data implementation across platforms.
• Initial focus includes the enterprise Customer Data Platform and digital A/B testing platform integrated with Snowflake.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead system-to-system data integrations and own the data implementation project plan for each platform.
• Define and enforce data contracts, standards, and validation rules for inbound and outbound data flows.
• Resolve data quality issues at the source and maintain documentation of configurations and mappings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field plus 10+ years in data integration or analytics engineering.
• Deep technical fluency in APIs, event streams, ETL/ELT pipelines, and cloud data warehouses like Snowflake.
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills with experience in financial services preferred.
