Manager, Sales Development

As the Manager, Sales Development you will be a driven professional leader with a natural inclination for building high performing sales development teams. In this role you will get to build, coach, and lead a team that focuses on prospecting into our ideal customer profile. You will drive success through cross-functional initiatives, while working with our outside sales team and marketing. Coach and mentor outbound lead development team of SDRs. Continually and closely manage, train and mentor the team. Develop the sales, product, and industry skills of each team member. Consistently achieve quarterly and annual lead development objectives. Act as a champion for the forward momentum of the company. Provide feedback on the quality of leads driven by marketing and marketing communications teams to create an environment of teamwork and continuous improvement. Demonstrate a commitment to excellence.
