Responsibilities:
- Act as Lead ERISA & employee benefits attorney.
- Negotiate BAA and review benefit plan documents.
- Monitor regulatory developments and provide proactive guidance on emerging ERISA compliance obligations.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school; active bar membership in good standing.
- 5-8+ years of legal experience with significant focus on ERISA/employee benefits law.
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal employee benefits law.
