Senior Accountant

Team and Culture:

• The Accounting team builds and operates the financial foundation of a global digital-asset and payments platform.
• We partner closely with Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, Tax, and Operations to support rapid scaling.
• Our role supports growth while ensuring strong, scalable foundations with high standards for accuracy and control.

Role Overview:

• You will partner cross-functionally to ensure proper accounting treatment and support key business initiatives.
• You will research and document technical accounting positions and resolve critical issues with external auditors.
• You will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of accountants in a collaborative environment.

Requirements and Growth:

• You have 7+ years of relevant accounting experience with deep knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and local statutory requirements.
• You have proven ability to build automated processes and leverage AI for technical research and process automation.
• You will have freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company in a flat structure.
