Patient Service Representative

We are seeking Patient Service Representatives who are passionate about making a difference in our community. At Lone Star Circle of Care (LSCC) we strive for exceptional, equitable patient care that leads to healthier communities. Our Patient Service Representatives provide scheduling assistance to patients and perform insurance verification duties, confirmations, cancellations, and reschedules.

A day might include providing initial customer service, scheduling and confirming appointments, verifying patient insurance and performing data entry. The ability to problem solve, organizational skills, attention to detail, team player personality and time management are key success factors.
