Your Role:
- You will play a pivotal role in providing strategic marketing support to a portfolio of properties.
- You will collaborate with operational leadership to establish and execute effective marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative marketing plans while continuously analyzing performance data.
- Recommend and oversee execution of long-term and short-term goals using data-driven decision making.
- Provide leasing and marketing training to onsite teams and create additional marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience with digital media, strategy, and data-driven decision making.
- Knowledge of property management software and industry CRMs.
