• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation throughout shift.
• Regular sweeping and mopping of all floors.
• Stocking of all needed food, beverage and paper supplies as required.

• Prepare and present cold menu items such as salads, sandwiches, and appetizers.
• Assemble and maintain salad bars and sandwich stations; ensure items are attractively displayed and replenished.
• Ensure all cold foods are prepared, stored, and served at proper temperatures; maintain accurate temperature logs.

• Coordinate daily/rotation schedules, rooming lists, and check-in/out processes in real time.
• Own front-office administration: reception, visitor sign-in, mail/courier, and site communications.
• Run and manage the camp commissary/canteen and ensure compliance with site policies.
