Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and reconcile flight manifests; liaise with travel/workforce for crew changes.
  • Assist with payroll/timekeeping: collect and verify timesheets and overtime approvals.
  • Support HSEQ program administration, including incident/near-miss reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Holds a college diploma in hospitality/operations/business administration (or equivalent experience).
  • Has 3 - 5+ years in coordination/administration within hospitality/remote camps.
  • Shows exceptional attention to detail and a customer‑service mindset.

Working Conditions:

  • Project-based role with primary work in Nunavut, flexibility for remote work when not on-site.
  • Ability to work long shifts and rotational schedules (e.g., 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off or similar).
  • Shares accommodations and meals provided while on-site.
