Director, Corporate Legal

Lead Webflow's corporate legal function, with emphasis on public company readiness and strategic transactions. In this role, which is new to Webflow’s Legal team, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the company's growth and maturation, ensuring legal compliance and calibrated risk management. Responsible for Securities and SOX Compliance, Board Governance, Entity Management, and M&A Support. Drive Webflow’s public company readiness and build and lead corporate legal team. You should possess excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills and have experience in technology or SaaS industry.
