Job Description
Leadership & Strategy:
- Partner with the executive team to translate company strategy into operational plans, KPIs, and systems that drive accountability and performance.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team spanning Resource Management and IT/Business Automation, fostering collaboration, clarity, and ownership.
- Champion scalable systems and tools that enable teams to operate efficiently and focus on high-impact work.
Resource Management:
- Provide strategic direction to the Resource Management function, ensuring talent is effectively aligned to business priorities and project demands.
- Oversee the design and continuous improvement of tools, systems, and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into utilization, forecasting, and project health.
- Act as an escalation point and strategic advisor, ensuring the function operates with efficiency and foresight.
Cross-Functional Partnership:
- Act as a trusted partner to all departments, ensuring Operations supports our collective business goals.
- Work with Delivery, and Leadership teams to ensure resourcing, hiring, and systems decisions are made holistically and in support of company strategy.
- Bring a neutral, objective lens to problem solving, balancing competing priorities and helping teams align around shared outcomes.
