Sully.ai is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring for software engineers, applied AI/ML roles, TPM, DevOps, and related functions. The candidate will build proactive pipelines by sourcing passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, communities, and events. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers and executives to define role requirements, recruitment strategy, and hiring timelines for both urgent and forecasted needs. Enhance process efficiency by leveraging ATS tools (e.g., Ashby), optimizing workflows, scheduling, interview loops, feedback collection, and reporting.
