IT Project Management Specialist II

Manages all aspects (end-to-end project lifecycle) of a diverse group of IT projects, typically involving multiple Disciplines (i.e., infrastructure and applications) in the IT Function. The role requires the ability to utilize expertise and leadership skills to direct matrixed project teams and to resolve issues to ensure project goals and requirements are met. It also requires the ability to work with varying project management methodologies/frameworks (i.e. Waterfall, Scrum/Agile) and tools for team collaboration, project tracking/management, and issue/risk resolution. The person in this role establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards and meet customer expectations. They manage technical and non-technical aspects of the project and assembles project teams, manages resource allocation and day-to-day operations of the project. Serves as liaison between team members and management team regarding projects and incorporates quality measures and standards to project deliverables.
