Team & Operational Leadership:
- Directly manage staff and contract freelancers, set performance expectations, and build bench strength.
- Own event production standards and refine internal operating systems.
- Lead staffing and resourcing across concurrent client projects.
Client & Business Leadership:
- Serve as senior client-facing leader on strategic engagements.
- Partner with CEO on business development, proposals, and pricing.
- Own client retention strategy and identify expansion opportunities.
Financial & Administrative Oversight:
- Own event and departmental budgeting, forecasting, and profitability review.
- Oversee vendor strategy at portfolio level, negotiating master agreements.
- Prepare contracts and scopes of work as delegated by the CEO.
