About the Role:
- This is a creative and hands-on opportunity for an experienced event professional to lead large-scale activations and experiential campaigns.
- The role combines strategic thinking, operational expertise, and creative problem-solving to deliver memorable brand experiences.
- You will manage vendors, budgets, logistics, and on-site execution while ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end event production strategies from concept through execution.
- Manage trade shows, sampling initiatives, pop-ups, mobile tours, and other experiential events.
- Oversee large-scale event budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and manage vendor relationships.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in event production, trade shows, or experiential marketing.
- Strong knowledge of event logistics, physical builds, and on-site production.
- Experience managing budgets and negotiating with suppliers.
