Job Overview:
- Own the end-to-end planning and execution of 200+ open enrollment benefit fairs annually, including logistics coordination, vendor management, staffing, and on-site support.
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve scalable systems for the program, from swag shipments to post-event reporting.
- Serve as primary cross-functional partner across Client Success, Member Marketing, and Growth Marketing to ensure consistent, high-quality member experience.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience managing high-volume or complex events programs with demonstrated ability to run multiple formats simultaneously.
- Proven experience planning internal corporate events including venue sourcing, logistics, and on-site execution.
- Exceptional attention to detail, process-first mindset, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
