Responsibilities:

  • Event Management Best-Practice Development: Create and refine event planning templates, develop a webinar-in-a-box model, maintain event calendar, and create reporting dashboards.
  • Event Strategy & Planning: Develop integrated plans aligned with business goals, define objectives for branding, thought leadership, and lead generation, and collaborate with internal stakeholders on event opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Integration & Execution: Coordinate with communications, PR, digital, and design teams; serve as central project manager overseeing timelines, budgets, vendor coordination, and speaker management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of in-person and virtual event experience with complex project and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and creative tools like Adobe Express or Canva; familiarity with project management platforms such as Wrike.

Compensation:

  • Base pay range of $85,000 to $95,000 annually, exclusive of bonuses or benefits, determined by experience, skills, and internal equity.
