- Own Spellbook's global events strategy and calendar end-to-end, setting concepts and standards.
- Brief and direct creative, production, and experiential agencies to deliver a high-quality experience.
- Partner with Sales and Demand Gen to define goals and track event performance against pipeline and revenue.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or experiential marketing.
- Proven track record of owning a flagship event from budget to creative direction and outcomes.
- Strong understanding of demand generation and ability to tie event strategy to business metrics.
