About the Role:
- You will own the strategy and execution of CaptivateIQ's field marketing and event programs.
- You will lead a portfolio of industry conferences, executive programs, and customer events.
- You will partner closely with Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and own a comprehensive field marketing strategy across tradeshows, conferences, and virtual events.
- Build integrated event campaigns to maximize engagement before, during, and after every event.
- Evaluate sponsorships and field marketing investments based on pipeline contribution and ROI.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or integrated demand generation.
- Proven success building field marketing programs that generate measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
- Strong understanding of demand generation and how events contribute to integrated marketing campaigns.
