About the Role:

  • Responsible for the management of assortment and inventory plans.
  • Achieve IPSY’s sales and profitability targets through pre-season plan development.
  • In-season re-forecasting and management of inventory investments.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Build Category, Class, and SKU level sales & unit economics forecasts.
  • Proactively identify margin-expansion opportunities through strategic pricing and bundle optimization.
  • Cross-functional S&OP modeling and process leadership experience.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 5+ years of analytical experience in merchandise planning or inventory management & 3+ years managing others
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel required, including v-lookups, pivot tables & logic formulas
  • Flexible and comfortable with a fast-paced, always changing environment
