Design, develop, and maintain reliable, production-grade code across frontend, backend, and data layers, implementing software solutions that meet clinical, operational, and regulatory requirements.
Deploy and operate services in a cloud environment (AWS preferred) and contribute to architecture and design reviews with a focus on reliability, scalability, and security.
Debug and resolve production issues across distributed and asynchronous workflows; diagnose performance bottlenecks; and own incident response, including root cause analysis and durable fixes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience, with 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and code quality.
Strong foundation in software engineering fundamentals: data structures and algorithms, API and interface design, relational data modeling, and separation of concerns.
