Lead Ruby on Rails Engineer

Looking for a Lead Software Engineer with strong Ruby on Rails expertise and AWS infrastructure experience to join the APIs team. This team is responsible for implementing business logic and APIs that enable staking and unstaking of tokens across a variety of blockchain networks. A portion of responsibilities includes developing, understanding, and integrating with smart contracts on Ethereum. Enjoy working on a dynamic and collaborative team with lots of opportunities to learn and drive impactful business outcomes. Leading initiatives end-to-end through technical design, implementation, and testing and contributing code as a Lead-level IC, demonstrating best practices, and setting standards for the rest of the team. Will be working closely with Product managers to clarify requirements, communicate design solutions, and set expectations and collaborating with cross-functional team members on all aspects of product development. Designing and building both REST and GraphQL APIs that are scalable, secure, and easy to use and bringing new ideas to the team, helping shape direction, and elevating team culture through knowledge sharing and mentorship.
