Director, People Planning & Programs

We’re hiring a Director, People Planning & Programs to serve as a strategic operating partner to our Chief People Officer (CPO) and global People leadership team (PLT). This is a strategic, execution-heavy role responsible for ensuring our People function has a strong operating rhythm to scale in a fast-growing, remote-first company. Unlike a traditional HR role, this position will act as the program architect and operator for high-impact people initiatives for the CPO. You’ll be a force multiplier for our People leadership team, and key cross functional stakeholder to ensure structure, speed, and flawless execution in a fast-paced, global (US + India) environment. This is a Director-level individual contributor role with high visibility across the organization. The role involves People Program Project Management Office (PMO); Planning & Budget Operations; Strategic Projects & Team Operating Rhythm; Internal Communication & Change Management.
