Epic Applications Systems Analyst III-Anesthesia/ OpTime

With a strong customer service orientation, expert in analysis, design, implementation and support of new information systems and changes to existing information systems and a high degree of autonomy: Collaboratively, with users and IS peers, works to understand and capture business needs and to develop requirements and detailed specifications for moderately complex applications. Analyzes and documents application processes and functions. Defines design alternatives and recommendations, often in collaboration with business partners or vendors. Builds or configures systems. Develops and executes test scripts to ensure software accuracy, completion and validity. Develops IS internal procedures and documentation. Works with customer to troubleshoot and solve complex problems and provide production support.
