Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full product development lifecycle, from opportunity identification through design, testing, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Identify new wire and cable product opportunities based on customer needs, market demand, and competitive conditions.
- Develop product concepts, business cases, and roadmaps, and work cross-functionally to ensure timely execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and five or more years of product development experience.
- Strong knowledge of electrical system design, wire and cable selection, and technical documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives across engineering, operations, manufacturing, and sales.
