Vice President of Product Management

Position Overview:

• The VP of Product is a company-level leader who is the head of Nava’s product practice, a core member of Delivery leadership, and a member of Nava’s executive team.
• This leader directly shapes Nava's competitiveness and the quality of outcomes delivered for government clients and the public.
• The VP sets strategic direction for the Product practice, overseeing 75+ product managers and policy strategists across over two dozen federal and state government contracts.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead AI strategy for the practice, sponsoring pilots and embedding AI workflows across product teams.
• Own product strategy and go-to-market for differentiating capabilities and solutions.
• Drive growth and business development by translating delivery insight into competitive positioning.
• Ensure strong delivery partnership and foster a culture of ownership, learning, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years in product management, with at least 5 years leading product leaders.
• Experience leading a large team through hiring, staffing, and career development.
• Proven success establishing product-market fit and shaping go-to-market strategy.
• Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, and communication skills with agile expertise.

Compensation & Perks:

• Salary range: $250,000 - $275,000 USD.
