Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and launch of new auto insurance products across digital-first platforms, ensuring alignment with member needs and business strategy.
- Oversee product lifecycle management including post-launch monitoring, performance analysis, and ongoing optimization of rates, rules, and coverage offerings.
- Partner with underwriting, pricing, data, and technology teams to translate business strategy into scalable product configurations and system implementations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in product development, underwriting, actuarial work, financial services, or related insurance/military environments.
- Strong experience in end-to-end product lifecycle management and deep understanding of insurance product frameworks including pricing, rating, and underwriting.
