Senior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage P&L results within assigned region, states, and product lines; ensure rate adequacy and appropriate CAT exposure management.
• Build and launch new products, secure regulatory approvals, and own the rate and rule revision process end-to-end.
• Partner with Actuarial and Analytics to apply quantitative techniques, assess profitability, and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of P&C insurance experience with deep expertise in personal homeowner’s product management and demonstrated P&L ownership.
• Track record of launching new products, coverages, or endorsements; intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with data query tools like SQL, SAS, R, Python, or Tableau preferred.
