Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the strategic product roadmap for shipping insurance products, balancing user needs, market opportunities, and business profitability goals.
- Design and implement engagement mechanisms, growth strategies, and monetization frameworks to systematically increase ACV and LTV.
- Partner with users and leverage data analytics to understand explicit and latent needs in the shipping insurance space.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of product management experience with demonstrated success in B2C products, preferably in Insuretech.
- Proven ability to drive user engagement, retention, and monetization in consumer products.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with experience in A/B testing, cohort analysis, and user behavior analytics.
