Senior Product Manager (SMB Growth)

Role Responsibilities:

• Own activation, retention, and monetization for Easyship’s SMB merchant base, supporting roadmaps that maximize business opportunities and align with strategic goals.
• Leverage ROI assessment methodologies to prioritize your roadmap and manage delivery of features from idea to release, measuring their success.
• Collaborate with global teams in design, data analytics, engineering, logistics, warehouse operations, and support to deliver quality products.

What You Bring:

• 6+ years of product management experience with at least 2 years focused on growth or PLG initiatives, hands-on and thriving in fast-paced environments.
• Strong command over product analytics and experimentation frameworks, data-native with comfort navigating SQL and dashboards.
• Practical experience with AI agents and LLMs, plus an entrepreneurial spirit or expertise in the entire growth lifecycle from acquisition to revenue.
