Senior Analyst, Medicare Stars (Pharmacy Programs)

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the single-threaded owner for Stars performance analytics and program evaluation.
• Build and maintain robust data infrastructure, ensuring data quality and alignment with regulatory standards.
• Act as the primary analytics partner for Pharmacy Stars Operations and vendor teams, bridging business and technical needs.

Success Metrics:

• In the first 90 days, understand the data landscape and identify reporting gaps.
• Within 6 months, improve analytics infrastructure and complete impactful program evaluations.
• Within a year, become the go-to owner with standardized processes and proactive insights driving health outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Possess 4-6+ years of healthcare analytics experience with expertise in Medicare Advantage Part D and pharmacy data.
• Be proficient in SQL and experienced in building and validating complex datasets from claims and vendor sources.
• Have experience evaluating programs using structured frameworks and communicating insights to diverse stakeholders.
