About the Role:
- Senior Manager, Data Science leading the UK team.
- Equal parts technical leader and people leader.
- Report to the Director of Data Science (based in the US).
What You'll Do:
- Help establish the UK team and shape working norms, technical culture, and onboarding.
- Lead as one distributed team with the US-based data science org.
- Partner with stakeholders to prioritize and ship a shared roadmap.
What You Have:
- 8+ years of Data Science or ML Engineering experience, including 2+ managing.
- Track record of joining or shaping a brand-new team, office, or region.
- Experience working across countries or significant time zones.
