About the Role:
- Drive data science strategy for the Independent Agency channel, focusing on Quote Efficiency and emerging opportunities.
- Lead a team of 7-10 data scientists working on ML and AI problems, from model training to deployment and monitoring.
Qualifications:
- Deep knowledge of the data science lifecycle and experience in complex business environments.
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or related field with 8+ years experience; or Bachelor's with 10+ years.
Working Arrangement:
- Remote for most locations, with hybrid schedule for candidates near Boston, Portsmouth, Seattle, Columbus, or Plano.
- Occasional travel required for team collaboration and stakeholder meetings.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Typical starting salary range $214,000 - $286,000 per year.
