What you'll do:
- Set the vision and multi-year roadmap for Marketing Data, aligning with growth strategy.
- Build marketing measurement, targeting models, and AI direction.
- Lead and develop a high-performing organization of data scientists and managers.
Who you are:
- 15+ years of relevant experience, with 5+ years leading data science teams.
- Deep marketing data science experience, strong statistical foundation, and executive influence.
- Ability to work in a hybrid or remote setup, with at least 50% in-office time.
