Job Summary:
- Develop, coordinate, and manage translation services.
- Train and assess staff, interns, and volunteers for translation services.
- Conduct medical and general interpreting for patients, families, and staff.
Essential Functions:
- Coordinate workflow and delegation of translation assignments.
- Handle requests from external customers and manage billing.
- Ensure translation guidelines and quality standards are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a work-related field.
- Three years of progressively responsible experience.
- ATA certification required or master's degree in translation.
