Program Manager - Released Products

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage programs for released products including major revisions, performance or configuration updates, compliance-driven changes, and manufacturing changes.
• Lead recurring cross-functional meetings and track schedules, scope, risk, and readiness across Engineering, Operations, Service, and Project Management.
• Partner with Technical Writing, R&D, and Project Management to coordinate documentation updates and ensure traceability.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in program coordination, product lifecycle support, engineering change coordination, production planning, or related role.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional work with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Service, and suppliers.

Specific Skills / Abilities:

• Strong program coordination and follow-through, managing multiple revisions and competing priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication for meeting facilitation, status reporting, and escalation.
• Familiarity with BOMs, drawings, engineering change records, and product configuration information.
