Senior Manager P&T Operations

Role Overview:

• This senior leadership role shapes how complex product launches are planned, enabled, and executed.
• It sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and other key functions.
• You will translate product strategies into coordinated go-to-market execution and remove barriers to accelerate outcomes.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead and mentor Enablement and Launch Management teams to establish a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Develop scalable launch management practices covering planning, enablement, execution, and post-launch evaluation.
• Drive organizational readiness across functions and oversee enablement programs for sales, support, and client success teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years experience in product operations, launch management, or program management, including 3+ years in leadership.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
