- Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer teams to lead end-to-end launch planning in Jira.
- Coordinate cross-functional go-to-market efforts including positioning, messaging, and enablement.
- Drive successful launches that boost adoption, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
Market Insights & Positioning:
- Mine win/loss data, Gong conversations, and customer feedback to refine product positioning.
- Develop differentiated messaging for key buyer personas aligned with our solution narrative.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen go-to-market strategies based on market trends.
Commercial Enablement & Performance:
- Equip Sales and Customer teams with training, pricing guidance, sales plays, and enablement materials.
- Lead commercial campaign launches and monitor performance via SFDC, Gong, and Pendo.
- Track KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness, pipeline growth, product adoption, and engagement.
