Manager, Partnerships - Instagram

Manage Thrive Market’s Instagram influencer program — managing both organic partnerships and paid usage to drive high-quality new members efficiently. This person will own strategy and execution across Instagram, partnering with creators to produce content that performs on their own channels and in paid campaigns across Meta. This person should have a proven track record of driving efficient customer acquisition through influencer campaigns, strong instincts for what converts, and experience working closely with Paid Acquisition teams to optimize UGC, whitelisted, and darkposted content. Strong interpersonal skills are required, as this person will partner closely with hundreds of partners and work together with internal departments including content, brand, acquisition, merchandising, product and analytics. This person is motivated by data, is analytical, and will be seen as a strategic leader who can negotiate and execute campaigns hitting weekly and monthly budget goals.
