Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary coordinator for the Ranch Infrastructure Fund, overseeing projects from application to closeout.
  • Coordinate implementation with NRCS, consultants, and partners, ensuring compliance and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, databases, and tracking systems.

Operational Coordination:

  • Act as liaison between SRI and WWF Program Operations for contracting and compliance.
  • Manage reimbursements, amendments, and grant reporting.
  • Support proposal development and compile program metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in natural resources, agriculture, or related field with 5+ years experience.
  • Proficiency in GIS, databases, and project management software.
  • Experience with USDA Farm Bill programs, especially NRCS, and grant-funded projects.

Additional Info:

  • Remote position with travel 20-30% in the Great Plains.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship.
