Position Summary:
- As a Membership Coordinator, you will support landowner members from enrollment through ongoing program participation.
- You will provide day-to-day administrative, communications, agreement, CRM, reporting, and payment support.
- You will work closely with Membership Advisors, Finance, Legal, and other internal teams to ensure high standards.
About You:
- You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and 3+ years in account management, customer support, or membership administration.
- You are experienced with CRM platforms like Salesforce, and have strong organizational and communication skills.
- You are detail-oriented, can manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a remote environment.
