What you'll do:
- Develop and implement strategies to build the inaugural affiliate program to drive new funded wallets and traders on Phantom.
- Recruit and manage top-tier affiliate partners including KOLs and content creators, offering support and incentives.
- Analyze program performance using metrics like clicks, conversions, and ROI to optimize campaigns.
What you bring:
- 5-7 years of experience in affiliate marketing for consumer fintech, especially app-based businesses.
- Deep understanding of the crypto affiliate ecosystem and proven track record launching global programs.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Data, and external agencies.
