Manager, Proposals & Content Operations

Role & Responsibilities:

• Own the entire RFP and proposal function, building processes from the ground up to handle complex enterprise deals.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Strategic Alliances, and Product Marketing to gather inputs and align on strategy for key opportunities.
• Establish clear timelines, roles, and SLAs to bring structure and predictability to the proposal workflow.

Content & Systems Management:

• Build and maintain a centralized content library to ensure all proposal responses are accurate, consistent, and up-to-date.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate drafting, improve response quality, and scale output efficiently.
• Evaluate and implement proposal tools and systems that support the company's growth and reduce manual effort.

Performance & Collaboration:

• Track proposal activity, turnaround times, and outcomes to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
• Act as a central point of coordination across departments, providing feedback based on RFP insights to refine messaging.
• Use competitive insights and buyer feedback to continuously improve win rates and inform the broader go-to-market strategy.
