Job Description

The Director of Finance will establish core processes, reporting, and analysis to drive strategic decision-making across key business development initiatives. This role encompasses developing annual budgets, forecasts, and incentive bonus structures, while identifying key performance indicators essential to business success. Serving as the primary liaison between business development functions and Corporate Finance, the Director will contribute to long-term planning and strategic analysis. Working closely with leadership and cross-functional partners, this individual will deliver comprehensive financial and analytical insights to support the company's expansion objectives. Primary duties include building, monitoring and collaborating with business leaders on the annual budget process. Key skills include financial data analysis, risk mitigation, and effective communication of financial outcomes to leadership.
