You will serve as a technical leader within the Revenue Zone, shaping platform strategy and driving high-impact initiatives.
This involves defining architectural direction for billing, pricing, payments, and entitlements systems.
The role requires balancing near-term delivery with long-term system durability and extensibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the strategic evolution of the monetization platform, enabling fast pricing experimentation and seamless customer lifecycle events.
Own and strengthen revenue-critical systems to ensure they are resilient, observable, and correct.
Guide technical decisions on API design, data modeling, and caching to optimize for scalability and developer experience.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Partner deeply with Pricing & Packaging, Product, Design, Support, and Operations teams.
Drive ARR growth and craft intuitive monetization journeys for self-serve, enterprise, and ecosystem customers.
Mentor engineers, raise technical standards, and champion documentation to accelerate development across the organization.
