Who We Are Looking For:
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of curriculum and instructional resources for training pathways
- Translate complex content into clear, applied learning experiences for adult learners
- Work across subject matter experts, instructional partners, and delivery stakeholders
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the development, revision, and maintenance of curriculum, assessments, labs, instructor resources, and learner-facing materials.
- Translate technical concepts, procedures, and field practices into clear, job-relevant learning experiences for adult learners.
- Maintain ongoing oversight of materials to ensure quality and accuracy of curriculum
What You’ll Bring to Us:
- 1-3 years of experience working in critical infrastructure, data centers, and/or advanced manufacturing facilities.
- Demonstrated experience developing successful training programs
- A passion for continuous improvement and keeping current on the latest trends in learning
