Act as a role model for classroom management, learner engagement, and facilitation best practices.

Consultation & Stakeholder Engagement:

Serve as a consultant with SMEs, guiding the development of accurate and engaging training content.
Partner with leaders across departments to align learning solutions with business objectives.

Leadership of L&D Initiatives:

Lead internal L&D projects, including the design, implementation, and evaluation of enterprise learning programs.
Support the development and growth of Learning Specialists, Instructional Designers, and Training Specialists through mentoring and coaching.
