Blended Learning Strategy & Oversight:
- Oversee the execution of blended learning programs that combine instructor-led learning, virtual sessions, digital learning, and experiential development.
- Ensure learning experiences are engaging, effective, and aligned with organizational development goals.
- Partner with Talent Management and Learning & Development leaders to support capability development across the organization.
Learning Pathways & Learning Journey Design:
- Design and manage learning pathways that connect development programs into clear growth journeys for employees and leaders.
- Lead learning journey design, ensuring development experiences build progressively from foundational knowledge to advanced capability.
- Integrate instructor-led programs, digital learning, coaching, and experiential learning into cohesive development experiences.
Learning Program & Project Management:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of key learning initiatives and development programs.
- Develop implementation plans, timelines, and delivery strategies for learning programs.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including instructional designers, facilitators, subject matter experts, and business leaders.
