What you'll do:
- Design, build, and run learning programs that support employee development.
- Conduct learning needs assessments by partnering with team leads.
- Develop and maintain a scalable learning infrastructure.
About You:
- 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development.
- You have a university degree in organizational psychology.
- You are a certified Business Coach or Mediator.
