About The Role:
- Analyze business structures and processes to inform OD&L strategy.
- Design and implement training materials tailored to business needs.
- Conduct targeted interviews and facilitate skill development initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Ability to manage and maintain online learning platforms.
- Experience with learning platforms, and developing e-learning content.
- Exceptional consultative skills with all levels of the organization.
Additional Skills:
- Strong analytical skills to develop sound learning recommendations.
- Strong project and program management skills.
- Knowledge of OD&L skills and experience is a plus.
